Tuition Policies and Rates

Tuition is established as a yearly fee, based on the number of days the class is in session. Tuition may be paid as a one time payment or in ten equal installments from September to June. Optional extended care sessions (lunch bunch, later-gator's) may be paid with your monthly installment. We accept checks or cash only; we are unable to accept credit cards.

Fees are not prorated for any reason, including vacations or illness. Should you leave for an extended period of time, spaces within the class will be filled if possible and may not be available upon your return. To guarantee your child's space, you must pay the monthly tuition while you are away. If you choose to leave without paying tuition and space is available when you return, you will be charged a $25 reentry fee to re-enroll.

Monthly installment payments are due by the tenth of each month unless prior arrangements have been made with the office manager. Payments can be made at the front desk or put in the tuition box next to the office. Fees paid after the tenth of the month will be assessed a $10 late fee. An annual registration fee, insurance fee and the first month's tuition installment is due at the time of enrollment. These fees are not refundable.
